Returns
Exchanges are for boutique online credit only. If you would like to exchange an item(s) you must contact us via email at info@theburlapbarn.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Customer is responsible for return shipping on item(s) they are exchanging. Must ship back to The Burlap Barn within 5 business days of receiving your item(s) in sellable condition. Tags must be attached (if applicable) and free of smells (food, smoke, perfume, etc.). Once your item(s) are received and inspected, a credit will be placed on your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited. You can then use your credit towards anything in our boutique (*online only*). If local, you may return your item(s) to the storefront instead of shipping. Items will still have to be inspected before credit is applied. Return inspection can take 3-5 business days.
